Problem Note 58789: SAS® Federation Server clients generate "ERROR: Multiple DBMS credentials of equal precedence configured for the current authorization and rejected"

When you connect to SAS Federation Server 4.2 from a client such as SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager 6.5 or SAS® Decision Services 4.1M1, the connection might fail and return errors similar to the following
ERROR: Connection string completion processing failed.
ERROR: Multiple DBMS credentials of equal precedence configured for the current authorization identifier and rejected.
ERROR: TKTS initialization failed.
ERROR: Multiple DBMS credentials of equal precedence configured for the current authorization identifier and rejected.
ERROR: TKTS initialization failed.
The problem occurs if your metadata ID is associated with multiple memberships in the SAS Federation Server Administrator's group.
